Original and beautiful, this handsome charango combines pinewood, jacaranda wood and congona wood. The ten-string Andean instrument is a South American version of the European mandolin, originally crafted from the shell of an armadillo. Benito Tito creates this piece with a relief of the Inti, or Inca sun god sculpted on the back. Equipped with nylon strings, this handmade instrument includes a carrying case of Huancayo-style cloth.
